Trail running in the snow! We'll run, slide, stumble, and laugh—all among the peaks of the Jungfrau. Looking for a winter adventure full of energy, snow, and trail fun? During this weekend in the Jungfrau region, we'll run along white mountain trails, glide through powder, and enjoy breathtaking views. Together with our local guide, Maarten, we'll discover the most beautiful winter trails—puffing up and then cheering down again. Between the trails, there's time to laugh, cross-country ski, relax, and enjoy the warm mountain atmosphere. In the evening, we'll cook together, share stories, and prepare for a new adventure tomorrow. A weekend full of energy, snow, and fun to celebrate winter!

Arriving at the Spring Inn, we grab a few tasty snacks and then immediately put on our trail shoes, as we're about to do another lap on Hasliberg. With our headlamps on, we take in the lights of Meiringen from above. The exact route will be determined shortly beforehand.

Today we're taking the train back to Grindelwald. This time we're running on the other side of the valley, all the way up to the Faulhorn. This is the longest toboggan run in the world, and we're running it up. From there, we'll continue our route to First, where we'll schedule another photo session before plunging back down the snowy trails.

In the morning, we'll go to Gadmen for a cross-country skiing lesson. This depends somewhat on the snow conditions, as there isn't always enough trail left for proper cross-country skiing. If there is, we'll try to propel ourselves forward on our narrow skis. In the afternoon, we'll put on our trail running shoes again and have a race against the bus at Schwarzwaldalp. We'll run up and sled down at the same time as the bus. We can repeat this a few times until we can't go any further.

We take the train to Grindelwald. From there, we run partly along country roads and partly along winter hiking trails to Männlichen, "The Royal Walk." There, we enjoy the views in all directions before tackling the downhill. And what a view! From here, we only have to descend along wonderfully groomed snow hiking trails, covering the 15km to Lauterbrunnen in no time. After Wengen, we probably won't find any more snow; we descend along "the wall" to Lauterbrunnen, where we take the train back to Meiringen.

Today we finish with a final lap on the Hasliberg trails. We first take the lift up to Reuti. There we start the clock and then race like mad up the piste to Mägisalp. We have a little race with the grab rail and arrive at the top of Mägisalp with red faces. Time to squeeze everything in. After a well-earned cup of hot chocolate, we stroll at a leisurely pace along the winter hiking trails to Käserstatt and then our way back down via Balisalp. We walk all the way back to the Spring Inn, where we can take a quick shower before everyone heads home.
